Welcome to the Clintonville Area Commission
"Committed to the undertaking of the preservation of the values of the community through promotion, implementation and recommendation to city officials."

The CAC was empowered in 1974 by the Columbus City Charter to represent the Clintonville community in the discussion of community concerns. By City Code, the purpose of the CAC is to "...afford additional voluntary citizen participation in the decision making in an advisory capacity and to facilitate communications, understanding and cooperation between neighborhood groups, city officials and developers".

2012 CAC Uncertified Elections Results

Hello Everyone,

Pursuant to 2012 CAC Election Rule IX (A) we submit the following CAC 2012 Uncertified
Election Results for Districts 4, 5, and 7:

District 4
Daniel Miller received 212 total votes
Joesph Barylak received 85 total votes

District 5
Dana Bagwell received 131 total votes
Nick Cipiti received 67 total votes

District 7
Jason Meek received 169 total votes
Dave Southan received 122 total votes

Any complaints or challenges must be submitted to the Committee Chair in accordance with the CAC Bylaws and Elections Rules.

The CAC Elections Committee will hold its final meeting Monday May 14, 2012 at 7:30pm. Location TBD.

The Clintonville signs are available for viewing at the Whetstone library. One sign was omitted at the request of the designer, who has other entries in the contest. We plan to have the 35 designs available on the website tonight (Tuesday).
